In Studio Private Training

Come experience all that Pilates has to offer at my boutique home studio in London’s historic Old North neighbourhood.

1:1 is the gold standard in Pilates training as it allows me to tailor our approach to your unique body, lifestyle and needs to ensure that you get the transformative results that you’re looking for.

Together, we’ll master the fundamentals of Pilates using a combination of exercises on the Pilates mat, Reformer, Spring Wall™ and the TRX suspension trainer to provide you with fun, challenging and effective workouts that will leave you feeling strong, energized, aligned and more confident than ever.

As your body changes, we will continue to modify, tailor and advance your workouts to keep you feeling challenged and inspired.

There is a saying in Pilates, ‘it doesn’t get easier, you get stronger’. Pilates is not just a workout, it’s an entire lifestyle shift that will get you hooked and keep delivering results at every level.

Virtual Private Training

Build a strong foundation and have your Pilates practice tailored to your unique body, lifestyle and needs, from wherever you are.

Virtual private sessions are an amazing option for those who want to work with me one on one but can’t make it into the studio.

Together, we’ll master the fundamentals of Pilates using a variety of small props on the mat to provide you with fun, challenging and effective workouts that will transform your body and leave you feeling strong, energized, aligned and more confident than ever.

Have a Reformer at home? I offer virtual Reformer training too.

Everything is more fun with friends!

Semi Private Training

(offered both in studio and virtually)

Working with a partner is fun, encouraging and helps to keep you both accountable.

During our semi-private sessions, I will guide you through a creative and specialized program designed to meet both of your needs and deliver incredible results.

Together we’ll move, have fun and transform your bodies in person at the studio or virtually from wherever you are.

Our sessions will be held on the Reformer and/or the mat using a variety of small props to provide you and your friend or loved one a fun, challenging and effective workout.*

 

Specialty Small Group Classes

Want to organize a Pilates class for a special occasion or a series of classes with your family, coworkers or besties?*

I offer special small group classes at the location of your choosing* or virtually via Zoom.
