Hi, I’m Ang.

I'm a Certified Pilates Teacher specializing in women’s health and fitness.

In working with hundreds of women over the last 8 years, coupled with my own personal experience, I have gained a deep understanding of how women's fitness needs and goals change as we move through the various stages of life, such as pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause and the later years.

My business is exclusively focused on women's health and I am committed to helping as many women as possible to heal, strengthen and love their bodies through every stage of their lives.

“Starting Pilates with Ang was one of the best things I ever did. When my husband and I started, we were going through a rough time trying to get pregnant. Pilates kept us fit, calm, and healthy.  Our weekly sessions were challenging, but filled with fun and laughter - just what we needed both physically and mentally.  When I eventually did become pregnant with our little one, Angela kept me strong throughout my whole pregnancy - our last session was 6 days before I gave birth. Ang has taught me so much about my body and how to workout effectively, and I truly cannot thank her enough for all she has done for me and my husband!”

You’ve probably heard the phrase, ‘movement is medicine’ - along with the many physical benefits that Pilates has to offer, it also helps you to connect inward, bringing the body and mind into better alignment so you can feel your absolute best.
